At the Zonta Club of Joliet Area's September 2022 meeting, we had the pleasure of hearing from Joliet native Ashley Searing, owner of RejuveNate--Plants & Wellness, LLC.
Ashley shared her story of how she created this company to honor her beloved brother who died by suicide in February 2020 to bring awareness to mental illness and suicide prevention. Ashley channeled her grief into a thriving business that just opened its first physical location, where people can not only shop for houseplants in beautifully painted vessels, but they can take painting classes and classes to learn how nature benefits the body and the mind.
