Zonta 16 Days of Activism

On Monday, November 25 at 4:45PM the Zonta Club of the Joliet Area will began 16 Days of Activism bringing awareness to violence against women and girls in our community and around the world.

As part of the presentation in the Plaza of the Will County Courthouse, the construction site for the new Will County Courthouse located just west of the presentation, was illuminated with orange lights for the 16 days. 

The presentation was approximately 30 minutes and featured speakers promoted the importance of this awareness to help achieve a world free of violence against women and girls.
